Grow with Pip is a self-care and wellbeing app designed to help users notice and support everyday needs such as hydration, eating, movement, sleep, focus, and personal goals.

Grow with Pip is intended as a general wellbeing and self-care tool only.

Grow with Pip does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, nutritional, or other professional healthcare advice.

The app is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition, including ADHD.

Information and features provided through Grow with Pip should not be used as a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact your local emergency services or an appropriate healthcare provider.

Grow with Pip is intended for users aged 13 years and older.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Grow with Pip. If the law in your country requires you to be older than 13 to consent to the use of online services or the processing of personal information, you must meet that higher minimum age.

Grow with Pip is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child who does not meet the applicable minimum age requirement, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.

You agree to use Grow with Pip only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

• attempt to interfere with or disrupt the app or its services
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts
• reverse engineer, copy, reproduce, or redistribute protected parts of Grow with Pip except where permitted by law
• use the app in a way that could harm Grow with Pip, other users, or third parties

Some features may require you to create an account or provide information.

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Grow with Pip may offer optional paid features through Pip+.

Pip+ may include features such as custom goals, additional progress insights, extra spaces, customisation options, and other premium features.

Subscription pricing and billing periods are displayed before purchase.

Subscriptions are processed through the platform where you purchased them, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Unless cancelled, subscriptions may automatically renew in accordance with the terms shown at the time of purchase.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

Refunds are generally handled by the relevant app store and are subject to that platform's refund policies.

Grow with Pip may add, remove, modify, or improve features over time.

We do not guarantee that every feature, space, item, reward, or customisation option will remain available indefinitely.

Grow with Pip, Pip, the Grow with Pip name, artwork, illustrations, designs, graphics, app interface, branding, and related content are owned by or licensed to Grow with Pip and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or commercially use this content without permission.

We aim to keep Grow with Pip available and functioning reliably, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

The app may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control.

To the extent permitted by law, Grow with Pip is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

We may suspend or restrict access to Grow with Pip if these Terms are seriously violated, if use of the service creates security or legal risks, or where required by law.

You may stop using Grow with Pip at any time.

Grow with Pip may rely on or link to third-party services, including the Apple App Store, Google Play, payment providers, analytics providers, or other service providers.

Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make significant changes, we may provide notice through the app, website, or another appropriate method.

Continued use of Grow with Pip after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Western Australia, Australia, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
